This sterling silver St. Joseph of Cupertino medal is 1 7/8" X 1 1/4", has a stainless silver, heavy curb chain and is encased in a beautiful box. The front of the St. Joseph of Cupertino medallion shows him holding onto a cross while levitating. On the back of the St. Joseph of Cupertino pendant is an airplane and the prayer, "St. Joseph of Cupertino Protect Those Who Fly". St. Joseph of Cupertino was rejected by several religious orders because he received mystical gifts of which they were suspicious. Eventually he was accepted by Franciscans because of his apparent holiness of life. He is the patron saint of pilots.
