This gold-filled St. Elmo medallion is enclosed in a charming box, has a gold-filled, lite curb chain and has dimensions of 3/4" X 1/2". The St. Elmo pendant shows him as a bishop, with a ship in the background. This St. Elmo medal can be engraved with a message.
