This gold-filled St. Agatha medal is 3/4" X 1/2" and is encased in an elegant box. It comes with a gold-filled, lite curb chain. This St. Agatha pendant shows St. Agatha holding a lily, with the words, "Saint Agatha, Pray for Us" surrounding her. This St. Agatha medallion can be engraved with a personal message. St. Agatha was martyred in the third century for refusing to marry a Roman official, for she had already consecrated her virginity to Christ. Due to some of the tortures she was forced to endure, she is the patron saint of breast cancer.
