It includes subtly etched renderings of the Sacred Heart, Miraculous Medal, St. Joseph, and St. Christopher, with a small figurine of the Holy Spirit Dove in the center. On the reverse side, for in the case of an emergency, is an inscription which reads: I am a Catholic, please call a priest. The medal spans a diameter of ¾. Your purchase will come in a gift box and include an 18 inch stainless steel chain.
